Banana Butter Cake by Doreen Chin

Ingredients:
250g Butter
230g Sugar
5 Eggs
1 Tablespoon Milk
1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
200g Banana, Mashed
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
280g Flour
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
2 Bananas, Sliced for topping

Method:
1. Cream the butter in the mixer bowl. Beat with sugar till light and fluffy. Add the eggs and mix well.
2. Add the milk and vanilla essence.
3. Add the banana and mix well. Fold in the sifted flour, salt and powder.
4. Bake 45 to 50 mins. 170°C.
