Deboned chicken wing stuffed with prawn meat and tofu, steamed egg, fried eryngii mushroom and peanut lotus soup




Spinach fried rice
Vanilla fish biscuit
Homemade Dragon fruit sorbet.
 -  Blend 1 dragon fruit. Add in 1 tbsp condensed milk 1 tablespoon. Whip half pack of heavy cream or add yogurt. Gently stir in all together and freeze.

Chawanmushi and chicken karaage served with rice and steam broccoli

Chawanmushi recipe:
1. Preheat tea cup in steaming pot.
2. Beat egg in a bowl with 1/8 tsp miso paste and water (Ratio 1:1). Or you can use pre-made miso soup.
3. Add in few drops of japanese soya sauce. You can omit the soya sauce or make a milder taste of miso base.
4. Pour in the egg mixture into the preheated teacup. Add in a small cube of chicken meat, gingko nut, king crab meat, carrot and fresh mushroom. 
5. Steam for 2 mins, turn off heat and leave the chawanmushi inside to continue steaming (without heat) for 18 mins.
