Butter Cake by Doreen Chin

Method:
A) mix butter 250g, 1/4 tsp salt and 1 tsp vanilla essence till fluffy and white by mixer. Add sifted plain flour 320g, baking powder 1 tsp and mix well.
B) Beat 5 whole eggs together with sugar (170g) till white color. Yes! Whole egg, save time!!
C) B + C = stir well.
D) Preheat your oven at 170°C. Bake for 40 to 45 mins.
