Butter Cake by Kennis Lim Yoke Har

Ingredients:
1. 250gm SCS unsalted butter
2. 5 Grade A eggs
3. 200gm castor sugar
4. 250gm self raising flour, sieve
5. 1/4 tsp baking powder
6. 1 tsp vanilla extract
7. 2 tbsp fresh milk

Method:
1. Cream butter & sugar until light & fluffy
2. Add in egg 1 by 1
3. Fold in flour slowly, separate into few times and mix well
4. Add in fresh milk & vanilla extract
5. Preheat oven at 175degree for 10mins and bake for 25mins
6. Reduce heat to 140degree and continue bake for another 20mins
7. Cool down the cake and cut when completely cold
