Citrus Baked Chicken by Janice Toh

Marinade with a tbsp of orange juice, a tspn of lemon or lime juice, garlic, chili powder and olive oil plus pepper. Marinade for at least 30 mins to 2 hrs for chicken. You can also use this marinade for fish.

Served with spinach and beans stir fried rice but you could cut up and serve in a tortilla with avocado, tomatoes and cheese!
