Honey Cupcakes by Catherine Chong




















Ingredients:
125 butter (softened)
80g castor sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp honey
2 eggs
185g plain flour or cake flour
1 tsp baking powder 
125 ml milk

Method:
1) preheat oven at 170 Celsius
2) beat butter, sugar, vanilla, egg until light and creamy
3) add eggs
4) add flour and milk alternately and beat till combine
5) spoon to cup and bake for 25 min
Remember not to over mix your batter else you will get a tough cake.
