Macaroni with Broccoli & Tomato by Joanne Lum

























Method:
1. Boil macaroni with 1/2 tsp of himalaya pink salt.
2. Saute onions & garlic. Add small chunks of tomato and 4oz of stock. Simmer for 8-10 mins. Add broccoli. Simmer for another 5 mins. Sugar & salt to taste & it's ready to be served.
