Spinach & Egg Porridge by Jenny Puah
Ingredients:
2 soupspoons of rice, spinach leaves chopped finely, 1 kampung chicken egg, 2 dried oysters for taste.
Soup: anchovies & wolfberries.
Method:
Precook the soup and use the soup to boil the porridge.
