Miso Salmon (Air-Fried) by Phui San Liau
Marinate: 2tbsp soy sauce, 2tbsp mirin, 1tbsp sugar and 1-2 tbsp miso paste.
Cook in air-fryer at 180C for 6-7 mins each side.
