Almond Crisps by Liw EeGoh


Ingredients:
2 large egg white
50g plain flour
60g castor sugar
30g butter, melted
100g almond flakes

Method:
1. Whisk egg white in a mixing bowl until you see white bubbles. Add in sugar and whisk until sugar dissolves. 
2. Add in flour and mix until no traces of flour and lump free.
3. Use spatula to fold in almond flakes and mix well.
4. Mix in the melted butter.
5. Spoon 1 tsp of mixture on the baking tray (line with grease or baking paper). Spread out with fork as thin as possible and no overlapping of the almond flakes. 
6. Bake at preheated oven at 170c for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
7.Remove from the oven, leave it cool and then store in air tight container.
