Chocolate Balls by Lim Xiao Pei


Ingredients:
A
200g flour (sieved)
1 tbsp cocoa powder (optional)
100g butter

B
2egg yolks
100g sugar
1 cup chocolate chips (can use other ingredients, e.g. almond flakes, sesame seeds)

Method:
1. Rub A till resembles bread crumbs.
2. Add the rest of ingredients & knead to a dough.
3. Cover with a clean wet cloth & keep in fridge. Shape & bake at 150C for 20-30 minutes.
