Teow Chew Style Prawn Porridge by Chin Pei Ng
Method:
Cook washed leftover rice in soup broth, bring to boil, add in prawn then simmer for 2-3 minutes, add in spring onions, white pepper powder and garlic oil. Stir well, off heat, and serve!
