Banana Bread Pudding by Phooi Teng


Ingredients:
Bread (frozen): 3 slices
Banana: 2 medium
Fresh milk: 200ml
Egg: 2 nos
Sugar: 30g
Melted butter: 20g
Pinch of salt
Dried cranberries or raisins

Method:
1. Put bread cubes & sliced bananas into baking mould (greased with butter or line with parchment paper). 
2. Mix well milk, egg, sugar, salt, butter. 
3. Pour the mixture into the mould.
4. Sprinkle dried cranberries on top. 
5. Bake at preheated oven at 180'C for 30min.
