Teriyaki Pork Burger by InnPing Lim


Ingredients:
300g minced pork meat
2 mid-sized finely chopped onions
2 cloves of finely chopped garlic
4 tsp teriyaki sauce (Can add more if you like)
Salt & pepper to taste

Method:
Just mix the above ingredients together.
Shape into patty. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hrs.
Grill about 10 mins on each side (depending on your patties thickness).
