Chicken Floss Bun by Anna Ng

Ingredients: 
500g bread flour
1 1/2 tsp yeast
270ml water
100g sugar
1 tsp salt
50g soft butter

Method: 
Mix and beat in low speed till smooth and elastic. Then rest on a greased bowl. After it double the size, take out and knead it around 5 mins and put in the fillings of your choice. Let it rise again before you pop it in preheated oven 190°c for 12 to 15 mins. Take it out from the oven and brush on some butter.
