Ingredients:
Red bean - 100g
Sugar - 30g
Maltose - 1/2 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Soya sauce - 7g
Wheat starch - 7g
Olive oil - 1/2 tbsp
Method:
1. Rinse red beans and soak overnight.
2. Boil the red bean for 1 hour or until soft.
3. Transfer the red beans soup into a blender and blend until smooth or consistency you like, remove from the blender.
4. Filter out the red beans residue, transfer into wok/sauce pan low heat and slowly add in sugar, salt and soya sauce.
5. Stir gradually until red beans residue dry up to form paste.
6. Add in oil and maltose, continue to stir until dry up, add in wheat starch, stir until well combined.
