Ipoh Hor Fun by Quequek Yeo





































Method:
To make gravy, in a small pot of chicken soup base, add 3 tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 tbsp of light soya sauce, few drops of dark soya sauce, 1 tbsp of rice wine. Bring to boil and thicken with 2-3 tbsp of corn starch.
