Potato. Pumpkin and Sausage with Tomato Sauce by Jollin Tan



Ingredients:
- one potato 
- one small slice of pumpkin 
- three small little sausages 
- three tbsp of tomato sauce
- eight tbsp of water 

Method: 
1) Cut pumpkin & potato into small cubes.
2) Cut sausages into slices. 
3) Mix the tomato sauce and water. Put it aside.
3) Heat the pan with oil .
4) Stir fry pumpkin until cooked and remove it from pan. 
5) Stir fry potato until cooked and soft and remove it from pan.
6) Stir fry sausages for 1-2 mins. 
7) Add in pumpkin, potato and tomato mixture. 
8) Once the sauce boils, off fire and serve.
