Steam Maple Cupcake by Karyn Tan

Wet ingredients (Mix together): 
1 egg
100ml milk
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp oil

Dry ingredients (Mix together): 
150g sifted cake flour
50gm powdered sugar / icing sugar (can reduce if too sweet)
2 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt

Method:
1. Pour 1/2 of the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix then pour in the remaining wet ingredients and whisk until just combined. Do not over mix. 
2. Pour into moulds with cupcake liner until 80% full and steam at medium heat for 10 minutes.
3. Add raisins in the centre of the moulds and sprinkle some on top too.
