Hot Peri-peri Chicken by Kavitha Soraya Kandasamy
Ingredients for Peri Peri Sauce:
6 birds-eye red chillis
1 big red capsicum
juice of one lemon
2 tbsp paprika powder
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp oregano
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 cup
olive oil
5cloves of garlic
1 tsp black pepper
1 drop of orange food coloring
Method:
Blend all the ingredients and cook it for awhile before using it to marinate the chicken for 2 hours. Grill the chicken for awhile and then put it into the oven.
