Enoki Mushroom with pork/beef by Ee Shan

Ingredients:
Meat slice (pork/beef)
1 pack enoki mushroom
some carrots
some chinese parsley stem (can be replaced with celery)

Marinade:
Light soya sauce
Brown sugar
Dark soy sauce
Pepper
Chopped garlic

Method:
1. Marinade meat slices and set aside for around 30 mins.
2. Then blanch the enoki mushroom.
3. Wrap the enoki mushroom, carrots, and parsley stem with the meat slice. Refer to picture above.
4. After wrapping, pan fry it. Just need to be gentle when turning the roll else the stuffed items will drop out.
