Peanut Soup Dessert by Luyi Tey


Ingredients:
Peanut, pandan, rock sugar, santan

Method:
1. Soak peanuts overnight and deskin.
2. Boil peanut with pandan for 1 hour in pressure cooker (Must use pressure cooker). Release pressure.
3. Continue to boil for 10 - 15 mins.
4. Make sure fully release ten add rock sugar and santan.
