Steamed Pork Ribs with Sweet and Sour Plum Sauce and Minced Taucu Bean Paste by Beaubelle Brenda


Ingredients A
(To marinade an hour before or overnight in fridge. )
500g lean pork ribs
1tbsp Cap Angel Sweet sour plum sauce
1tbsp Cap Angel Minced Taucu Bean Paste
1/2 tsp sugar
1tsp sesame oil
Dash of pepper

Ingredients B
Few slices ginger and garlic to put on top of marinated pork rib before steaming at high heat for one hour. Otherwise meat won't be tender enough for our children to chew.
