Yoghurt Cupcake by WenKi Yap
Ingredients:
1 cup of yoghurt any flavor
1.5 cup of sugar ( I reduce to 1 cup)
3 eggs
2 cup of sifted all purpose flour
2 tsp sifted baking powder
1/4 cup oil (olive oil), I using VCO
Method:
Mix all the above ingredient as per sequence. Mix till the flour is fully dissolve. Pour batter into cupcake liner (70% full)
Bake for :170 C for 30 mins
Serving size 15 cup cakes.
