Steamed Pandan Cake by Suzanne Eng















Makes 7 cups

Ingredients:
1. 250g self raising flour
2. 1/2 tsp baking powder
3. 1 egg
4. 200ml pandan water (blend pandan leaves with water)
5. 50g corn oil
6. 60g sugar

Method:
1. Mix 1&2 set aside.
2. Mix sugar in pandan water till sugar dissolved.
3. Add in 3, 5 & 6, stir and mix well.
4. Add in flour and stir well.
5. Ready and pour the batter into paper cup.
6. High heat steam for 20 mins.
