Japanese Sweet Potato Bread (Bread Maker) by Sherly Chan


Ingredients:
High Protein Bread Flour : 220g
Plain Flour : 80g
Salt : 1 tsp
Sugar : 2 tbsp
Instant Yeast : 1 tsp
Fresh Milk (Cold) : 160 ml
Steamed sweet potatoes and mashed : 130g
