Almond Cookies by Doreen Chin
Ingredients:
Almond ground powder 150g (sifted)
Plain flour 450g (sifted)
Corn oil 200g (+- 20g)
Sugar 150g (I reduced to 80g)
Salt Half tsp
Baking powder 1tsp (sifted)
Soda powder 1tsp (I omitted! Out of stock @ home)
Method:
1. Mix all and make your preferred shape. Egg wash.
2. Preheat 160C and bake for 20 minutes.
