Blueberry Muffins by InnPing Lim


Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
110g salted melted butter
1 cup sugar
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 box of blueberry (those small box that can be bought in ntuc)

Method:
1) Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar well in a large bowl.
2) Mix beaten eggs, milk, butter and vanilla extract in another bowl.
3) Mix wet ingredient to the dry one. (Don't over mix)
4) Add in blueberries to the mixture.
5) Put paper muffin cups onto muffin tins.
6) Fill batter till almost but not full in the tins.
7) Bake in 200 degree C for 30-40 mins (depend on oven) or till the muffins are golden brown and puffy!
