Pumpkin Bread (Breadmaker) by Sherly Chan


Ingredients:
White Bread Flour 高筋面粉:300G
Salt 盐:1茶匙 1 tsp
Sugar 糖:2汤匙 2 tbsp
Instant Yeast 即溶酵母:1茶匙 1 tsp
Cold Water 冷水:100ML
Steamed Pumpkin and Mashed. 南瓜蒸熟压烂:135G
Butter 牛油:25G
