Minced Meat Patties by Serene Khoo


Ingredients:
Half cup of minced meat (you can use chicken beef or pork)
Half cup of grated potato
Half cup of grated carrot
Half cup of minced spinach

Add all together, mix it and put 1tsp of coconut oil + 1tsp oyster sauce + a pinch of sea salt then pan fry it.

Note: you can add any vege on it.
