Ingredients:
7/8 cup lukewarm full cream or semiskim milk
Generously 1/3 cup lukewarm water

1½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sugar
2 tablespoons butter, softened of diced
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
Method:
a. Pour the milk and water into the bread pan.
b. Sprinkle the flour over the liquid to cover. Place the salt, sugar, and butter in 3 corners of the pan. Indent the flour without exposing the liquid and add the yeast.
