Soya Bean Jelly by Christine Kon
Ingredients:
Jelly powder 10g
Soyabean milk 1000ml
Water 1000ml
Evaporated milk 1can
Sugar 120gm
Longan 1 can
Pandan leaves 8
Method:
1. Mix the sugar and jelly powder.
2. Put water and pandan leaves to boil. Add mixture of sugar and jelly powder and boil again.
3. Add in evaporated milk and soybean milk and bring to boil.
4. Wait till mixture cools and pour into mould. Refrigerate till jelly sets.
5. Put in 2 tbsp of longan water and 2 longan into each cup. Refrigerate.
