Rilakkuma Man Tou by Chin Pei Ng

Ingredients:
All purpose flour - 200g
Yeast - 1/2 tbsp
Baking powder - 1 tbsp
Milk - 120g
Sugar - 20g
Salt - a pinch
Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Cocoa powder- 1/2 tbsp
Red yeast powder - a pinch

Method:
1. In a small bowl combine the sugar with the milk. Stir until the sugar is dissolve and set aside.
2. In your mixer bowl combine the flour, yeast and baking powder together.
3. Slowly pour in the milk mixture while the mixer start to knead.
4. Knead it until a ball of dough forms. Don’t over knead your dough.
5. Divide into 2 big doughs and I small. Small will remain original flavour. (I don't have exact weight, agak-agak only :))
6. Add in 1/2 tbsp of cocoa powder to one of the big doughs, knead until colour is even (can be hand knead or put back to mixture to knead) to make brown Rilakkuma
7. Add red yeast powder to another big dough to make pink Rilakkuma
8. Loosely cover it with plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place for 30 mins.
9. Shape the dough into Rilakkuma based on picture.
10. For lollipop, place 3 layer of remaining flat dough together and starting with one end of the dough, roll that side towards you until you form a log. Pinch and tuck the side ends together. Cut the log of dough into the desirable sizes you want the lollipop to be. (Leave some dough to make lollipop stick)
11. Let it rise for 20 mins then steam for 10-15 mins with medium heat.
12. Let it cool down. Melt cooking chocolate to draw the eyes and nose.
