Milo Cupcakes by Suzanne Eng

Makes 7 cupcakes
Ingredients:
4 eggs
80g sugar
50ml corn oil (I use butter)
130g self raising flour
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp milo powder

Method:
1. Combine eggs and sugar and whisk till sugar is dissolved and fluffy.
2. Add in corn oil, vanilla followed by self-raising flour and whisk well.
3. Steam for 20 minutes.
