Homemade Pizza by Syafinaz Ali

Ingredients:

Dough:
2 cups of plain flour
1 cup of warm water
A pinch of salt
1 tablespoon yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup of olive oil

Method:
1. Mix plain flour with salt.
2. Put sugar and yeast in warm water.
3. Make a hole in the middle of the flour and pour in olive oil followed by the yeast and sugar mixture.
4. Knead the dough and leave it for 1 or 2 hours.

For topping (depends)
Tomato puree
Diced onions
Capsicum
Button mushroom
Tuna (you also can use sausages, chicken, meat etc)
Pineapples
Mozarella cheese

To cook pizza:
Bake for 200 Celsius within 20 - 25 minutes.
