Method:
1. Put 2 slices of bread in ziplock bag overnight in fridge.
2. Whisk 50ml full cream milk and 1 kampung egg.
3. Add in mashed banana (ripe) add to no 2.
4. Spread bread with little butter and cut to triangle shapes (skin removed).
5. Pour no 2 on bread and let the bread soak in mixture for at least 30 mins.
6. Bake 180C for 20-25 mins until egg is set.
