Cranberries Bread (Breadmaker) by Samantha Kew


Ingredients:
water - 1 1/3 cups
oil - 6 tsp (I use grapeseed oil)
salt - 1 1/2 tsp
orange peel, grated 2 tsp
sugar - 1/4 cup
milk powder - 9 tsp
bread flour - 4 cups
active dry yeast - 2 tsp

add: dried cranberries - 1 cup (if you are using breadmaker, there will a session called: add at the beep. add the cranberries in when it beep. otherwise, you can add the cranberries in 10mins before you let the dough start its first rise.)
