Porridge Ideas by Mummy Love Jayna

Plain porridge with grated cheese
Steam salmon with ginger, fried garlic, wolfberries, tomato, spring onion and sesame oil
Stir fry spinach with minced garlic

- plain porridge : red quinoa, millet and white grains
- steam salmon with sesame oil, coriander, ginger and tomato
- fried egg with shallot and spinach
-Abc soup

Fish stock : threadfin and salmon bones, ginger, celery and carrot.
Grains: red quinoa, white quinoa, white rice
Vege: cherry tomato, butternut squash
Meat: cod fish
Add cheese
