Dinner / Lunch Ideas by Catheryn Chuah



Soy sauce chicken with shitake & stirfried nai pak with wolfberries


Frenchbean prawn omelette
Stirfry spicy peashoots with mushroom
Ribs wintermelon soup

Claypot mushroom mokyee kampong chicken & stirfried nai pak

Pumpkin brown rice and stirfried yau mak for the little one, thai basil minced meat for the adults

Steamed okra & mushroom omelette. Chicken curry for Mummy & Daddy

Steamed egg minced meat salted egg yolk & braised nai pak with mushroom

Tangy tomato prawn, soft beancurd with dried prawns in soy sauce & steamed okra


Soy sauce chicken potato carrot stew & stirfried zucchini with crispy dried prawns

Method for soy sauce chicken potato carrot stew:
Saute garlic bulbs & wedged onion. In the same pot or pan, lightly fry the chicken a little to brown them up a bit. Then add in potatoes, carrots and shitake mushroom (optional). Saute for a while. Add in seasonings, soysauce & dark soy sauce. Add in sufficient water to simmer. Adjust accordingly.
