Ingredients:
Pumpkin, mashed 60g
All purpose flour 250g
Sugar 50g
Instant yeast 3g
Lukewarm water 90g
Corn oil 10g
Method:
1. Mix the instant yeast into lukewarm water and set aside.
2. Mix the mashed pumpkin, flour and sugar together and pour in the water. Stir all ingredient together and start to knead the dough till smooth.
3. Add in corn oil and knead till the dough is not sticky.
4. Rest the dough for 1 hour and cover the dough with wet cloth.
5. After 1 hour, knead again to relax the dough and make the shape you like.
6. Rest the dough for another 30 mins (cover with wet cloth) and steam for 15 minutes.
