I omit sour cherry, zest of orange and the creme. I only made half cause I do not have a square pan I just use my round pan. Can try to reduce 50% sugar or more if you do not like sweet and be careful with the parchment paper, place it at bottom rack. Maybe my oven is too small, I placed it on top rack initially and the paper burnt!
