Veggie Wanton by Sherly Chan
Ingredients:
Tofu (mashed with fork)
cabbage (chopped and finely diced)
carrot (finely diced)
fresh shiitake mushroom (finely diced)
chopped fresh spring onions/coriander leaves
Corn starch
Seasoning :
Sesame Oil
Soy Sauce
Salt
Pepper
Method:
Mix the above ingredients into a bowl then add your favorite seasonings to taste and start wrapping your wanton. You can boil them in soup or deep fry them.
