Banana Chocolate Chip Muffin by Kennis Lim
Dry Ingredients:
1 2/3 cup of all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 cup choc chips
Wet Ingredients:
113gm butter, melted
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
3 mashed banana
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 190C.
2. Line 12 pcs muffin cup on the muffin tray.
3. Mix all dry ingredients. Add 1-2 tbsp flour mixture to choc chips unless coated with flour. Set aside.
4. Combine all wet ingredients and mix well. 1st whisk eggs, add in melted butter, sugar, mashed banana & vanilla extract.
5. Mix the dry and wet mixture together. Do not over mixed. Fold in choc chip and scoop batter into baking tray.
6. Bake for est. 18-20 mins or until the toothpick come out clean when poke at the centre.
7. Leave it completely cold & enjoy!
