Raisin Butter Cupcake & Chocolate Chip Butter Cupcake by Wang Xing Hui
Ingredients:
100g Butter
40g Caster sugar / Brown sugar
2 eggs (lightly beaten)
100g self-raising flour
some raisins / some chocolate chips
1/4 tsp vanila essence (optional)
Method:
1. Melt the butter and add in sugar, stir to combine.
2. Add in egg, one by one and continue to mix.
3. Sift in the flour and mix well combined. Lastly add in the raisins or chocolate chips.
4. Pour the mixture into the paper cup.
5. Put in the pre-heated oven at 150 C for 25 minutes or until cooked.
