Vermicelli with Stew Meat by Joanne Lum
Method:
Pasta : cooked in water with 1/2 teaspoon of himalaya pink salt.
Stew : meat (chicken/beef/pork) marinated overnight with finely chopped garlic, soy sauce, organic cane sugar & honey.
- stew marinated meat for 45 mins. Water should cover the meat, bring to boil & simmer at low heat with the lid on. Remember to toss it every 15 mins.
- then, remove meat to cool before cutting
- use the leftover to make sauce.
- Sprinkle some spring onion before serving.
