Cheddar Cheese Bacon & Spring Onion Muffin by Shiao Teng Chow

Yield 12 muffins

Ingredients:
- 2.5 cups self raising flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk (room temperature)
- 0.5 cup olive oil
- 0.5 cup spring onion (chopped)
- 0.5 cup bacon (chopped into small pieces)
- 0.5 cup grated cheddar cheese

Method:
1) Mix all the ingredients above.
2) Preheat oven, 180 degree celcius 5-10 mins prior to baking.
3) Bake muffins for 20 mins.
