Baked Honey Soy Chicken by Jaimy Chan

Season with 5 spice powder, soya sauce, chinese wine, black pepper and honey
Bake in preheated oven 200C (need to watch out and reduce temp to 180C then 150C as honey makes the skin browns faster) for 1 1/2 hour. Serve with fresh vege mix salad
Put the chicken on the baking rack, then at the bottom, put chopped leeks, carrots, rosemary on top of aluminium foil. Baste the chicken every 15-20 mins with the remaining seasoning & water.
