Dry Rub on Ribs & Chicken by Stephanie Leong


Ingredients:
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoons salt (more or less depending on your preference)
1 tablespoons ground black pepper (more or less depending on your preference)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dry mustard powder (optional)
1 tablespoon mix herbs, italian herbs (any herbs of your choice)

Method:
Rub mixture on ribs and chicken
