Anchovies Stock by Joanne Lum




















Ingredients:
A bulb of garlic
6 medium large onions
2 handful of anchovies (heads & stomachs removed)

Method:
1. Put all the ingredients in 1.25 litre water, bring to boil & simmer at low heat for 90 minutes.
2.Cool & freeze into cubes.
