Pita Bread by Chin Pei Ng

Ingredients: 
High protein flour - 130g
Wholemeal flour - 20g
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Cold water - 90g
Yeast - 1/2 tsp
Salt

Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients and knead until a dough form
2. Let the dough rise for 60 mins
3. Divide the dough into 4 pcs and rest for another 15 mins
4. Roll the dough into round shape about 0.5cm
5. Bake at 220°C for 5-6 mins in pre-heated oven (make sure the oven is very hot so that the dough can puff - Refer picture below)
6. Cut half and stuff with your favourite fillings.
